No one is born speaking a language or practicing a religious faith. Likewise, no one is born a criminal. We are however born into circumstances and these circumstances have a great influence on our life. A lack of a proper education or employment opportunities, is a major reason why ma ny end up in our judicial system. Changing this outcome requires changing the inputs that determince economic success and satisfaction.
